Daily Schedule & Program

  • Yoga & Meditation:
    • 4 days featuring 2x 45-minute Hatha Yoga sessions per day
    • 4 days featuring 1x 45-minute Meditation session per day
  • Special Meditation Locations:
    • At a powerful, spiritual location
    • On the black volcanic sand beach (with the option to go for a swim in the ocean afterwards)
  • Culinary & Excursions:
    • Generous international breakfast following the morning practice
    • Half board (including water throughout the day, as well as beer or wine with dinner)
    • Excursion to a traditional Guachinche (a typical Canarian restaurant) to sample local specialties



Prices & Booking

  • Double Room: €900 per person (when booking for 2 people)
  • Single Room: €1,000 per person (€900 base price + €100 single room supplement for the entire stay)
  • Included: All Yoga & Meditation sessions, accommodation with half board & drinks, and the full activity program
  • Travel: Flights to Tenerife North or Tenerife South are booked independently by participants
